// Overview

Modern buildings accumulate disconnected systems — HVAC, lighting, metering, access, fire, lifts — each speaking its own language. We define how they should come together into a single, interoperable, protocol-agnostic platform, and we oversee the integrator who connects them — so the building can be operated and understood as one thing rather than a dozen. We specify and assure the integration; we don't perform it.

// What we deliver

Scope of work.

Integration strategy

A clear specification of which systems join the platform, via which protocols, and how data is normalised.

Data & points model

A normalised model spanning BACnet, Modbus, KNX, M-Bus and LoRaWAN for the integrator to implement.

Interface specification

Defined operator interface, alarms, schedules and trends — the standard the delivered system is held to.

Commissioning oversight

Independent point-by-point verification that the integrator's work behaves as the design intended.

// Our Technology Stack

Edge to headend, by design.

This is the heart of the design. We specify Tridium Niagara as the integration engine — normalising data from nearly any device or protocol into one model — while Milesight LoRaWAN gateways and sensors extend that reach wirelessly into spaces where traditional wiring never made economic sense.

The Edge // Sensing & Control

Milesight

LoRaWAN sensors, IoT gateways and controllers that capture the building's reality — air quality, occupancy, energy, leaks — with long range, ultra-low power and end-to-end encryption. Wireless deployment reaches spaces traditional cabling never could, economically.

The Headend // Integration & Logic

Tridium Niagara

The open, vendor-neutral software framework that normalises data from nearly any device or protocol — BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA and beyond — into one model. The control engine and supervisory layer where the building is integrated, visualised and operated as a whole.

// How we work

The engagement.

STEP / i

System audit

We inventory every subsystem, its protocol, and what data it can expose.

STEP / ii

Integration design

Drivers, mappings and interface standards specified on the Niagara platform for the integrator.

STEP / iii

Oversee & verify

We witness the integrator's commissioning and verify each step against the design.
