Meko Pty Ltd was established in 2018 to close a persistent gap in the built environment: the distance between the people who understand buildings and the people who understand the IT that now runs them.
We are an independent building automation consultancy — purely advisory. We shape controls and integration strategy, author the design, and provide expert oversight of the parties who install and operate the system, across the African continent and the Middle East. We don't install, commission or hold maintenance contracts.
Our advice is deliberately platform-honest. We design around Milesight at the sensing edge and Tridium Niagara at the integration headend because they are open and durable — not because we are obliged to sell them. We aren't.

Vendor-neutral
We are not a box-shifter. We specify what the building needs, and we are free to say no to a product that does not serve it.
Advisory only
We don't install, commission or maintain — so we have no incentive to recommend more work. Our only stake is whether your building performs.
